
Predrag Šepelj
Predrag Šepelj (baritone) has been a member of the Chorus of the Serbian National Theatre in Novi Sad since 2002. He attended the secondary school of music Isidor Bajić in Novi Sad, (department of solo singing), and he studied philosophy on the Faculty of Philosophy in Novi Sad. He collaborated with many conductors and ensembles as a chorister and a soloist. He is also a full member of the following professional choirs: the Vojvodina Mixed Choir, Serbian choir St. Seraphim of Sarov, the Novi Sad Nonet. He performed at many festivals, competitions, and concert halls virtually in all European countries, Russia, and Australia.
Predrag Šepelj participated in the International Opera Festival in Wernigerode (Wernigerode Festival) twice. In 2018 he appeared as a chorister and a soloist, and in 2019 he gave a successful interpretation of Capellio in Bellini’s opera I Cappuletti e i Montecchi (The Cappulets and the Montagues). Apart from nurturing the love for choral music, Predrag also successfully dabbles in fine-art and applied photography. He is fluent in English and German, and conversational in Italian and Russian.
